    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://obrienautorepair.com (the "Site") and our text messaging (SMS) program operated by O'Brien's Auto Repair LLC ("O'Brien's Auto Repair," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed automotive repair business located in Green Creek, New Jersey.     8. Carrier Liability

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received in a timely manner due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, network outages, or device settings.
